8 Unique Ways To take Our 'India' One Step Ahead towards a Developed Nation

A Nation is a collective showcase of mindset, a journey with a positive intent, and a platform to live together following some ideologies. It is not just a geographical setup to live upon. So, to settle upon, we must follow some decorum and disciplines to unite the citizens in true sense from within.

There is a slight sense of anticipation that the following 8 ways are going to construct the nation building process in an effective way.

I. More Young Politicians :

Believe it or not, politicians are still the fulcrum of development in India. Passing new bills-laws, demonetization, defense deals and decisions, industrialization and many more, everything is controlled by politicians.

Bureaucrats, citizens, justice, all are more or less influenced by them. And deep down we all know this bitter truth. But then, why politics is still considered as the demon of dooms? The answer is, they don’t have any strong ideologies (i.e. their fluctuations regarding their decisions in staying in a particular political party. Today Congress, tomorrow BJP)

Most of them fail to impress us with their promises, words and looks. Yes, to be an icon, you have to act fair and stay fit. 

Therefore, we need more young and talented politicians like Tejaswi Surya, Abhishek Banerjee, Mohua Moitra, Aparajita Sarangi, Jaganmohan Reddy etc. to show that it is high time, we must pass the batton to the young brigade. Young politicians would be able to think like the youth; will understand the problems of the present generation; and would invest their energy and will power to the optimum. India must realize that true empowerment needs both experience and energy.

 

II. Let Eastern & Western Go Hand In Hand :

Life is all about learning till death. And we become able to learn only when we consider learning as a wholesome process, instead of partitioning it by egoistic boundaries. Every individual has his own limitations. So, to overcome those limitations, he should seek help of some other individuals. It has to become social, with a down to earth attitude. 

Similarly, a country in the present scenario will develop, only when it utilizes it's own minds, and along with that, learns from the mindset of it's neighboring districts, states, countries and so on. In short, we grow together by learning together. Like - 'art & music sense of bengalis, bravery of Panjabis, Civil service of Biharis, devotion & peace of mind of Odias, scienctists of Tamil Nadu and so on, altogether build a stronger India.'

Collaborative learning and mutual hardships actually pave the path smoother towards development.

 

III. Being Generous & Courteous :

The heading might look good only in books, but believe me in reality it will be the primary source of satisfaction. We know that hatred is taught but love is natural and spontaneous. We must not go against the nature.

We are made to believe that tit for tat has become the best policy of this selfish and hypocritical world, but doesn't your peace of mind matter to you? Don't you want to go to bed with dreams? Do you think all the good souls are dead on the Earth? If not, be generous without much expectation. You won't lose much, people will lose you if happens otherwise. We should pave our path towards our dreams and happiness by holding onto our sanity and by believing on 'karma'.

We Indians need to be more patient, calm, and courteous to enjoy the life create a heaven on the earth should instead of chasing behind money, power and affairs. 

IV. Right Persons For The Right Chairs :

Imagine if a doctor becomes a doctor only because of his father’s pressure but in real, he wanted to become a musician, he will unknowingly play guitar with his surgery scissors while doing operation! Jokes apart.

A right person with proper knowledge and interest is what all we need. Degree, power, family and political background, must not overlap the talent, caliber and individual innovative ideas.

If we talk about Canada, you will see their education minister is actually an educator, their health minister in real is also a doctor, and the list goes on. On the other hand, in India, anyone can become a leader or minister without a basic concept of patriotism and democracy and highly qualified IAS-IPS work under them. Things should change, so do the mindset. 

 

V. Population control, Education & Morality :

Our ancestors did not mind to produce a dozen of kids. Earlier days, people used to die randomly due to the lack of advanced health care and transportation system. Moreover during the territorial fight, many used to die in the battle field, but now things have changed. We must go with one child policy as resources are limited in a certain place.

And we know that education is the foundation of all. Education can elicit the creativity, critical thinking, inner senses to build a developed nation.

If education is the foundation, mortality is definitely the ornament. It shows how cultured and humane you are, how well have you known life to understand yourself & others better.

 

VI. Reading Books & Adopt a Passion :

Mobile phones, tablets, laptops are full of information, but a good book in a serene library can actually bring you wisdom. No stress on eyes, no radiation, no multiple tabs of distraction, only to submerge into a pool of knowledge. 

Apart from books, you need to adopt a strong passion for yourself too. May it be singing, dancing, drawing or playing any instrument. It will bring immense pleasure and satisfaction. Food for brain and water for soul is indeed a deadly combination for a thoughtful citizen of every country. 

VII. Work with Zeal not with Deal:

Always choose a career or job that gives you happiness. If you are good at something, you’ll definitely get name, fame, money, everything and above all a big satisfaction. Don’t follow the cattleherd for bank balance. If it is something unusual, don’t be afraid to walk on ‘the road not taken’.

Moreover sometimes don’t try to be selfish, opportunist, greedy and expect less. Your heart will become lighter and cheerful. If not with strangers, with your friends, family & relatives for sure. Helping others is a virtue which needs a strong wisdom.

 

VIII. Scopes, Opportunities, Chances & Stages :

To find a true talent, to make a responsible citizen, to establish a power of house of wisdom; all we need is right opportunities. Lack of scopes leads to ignorance, depression, suffocation and eventually destruction.

If our country needs to be on top, we have to create ample chances for the people. Science, sports, literature, politics, defence, medicine, every sector demands new dedicated inventions. We must provide and produce for a better country. To act on 'all the world is a stage' we have to polish our skills from the very beginning to attain a momentum in life & livelihood. After all, right chances can determine right choices for sure!
