The momentous advent of tech and gadgets have helped us to flee away from the golden bars of labour. Life isn’t that tough as it used to be in the past. On a single call cab is at the doorstep, on the land, machines have taken over farming and freed the farmers from being industrious. From waking up in the morning with the sweet tone of our favourite music to disclosing the nights with the company of social media; we have totally devoted our lives to the internet.
But ignorant to the dark side of it, between this span, obesity have strongly preyed us and have dissipated the idea of ideal and healthy life from our minds. May not now, but with the walk of time we will feel the adversity of this. Then what’s the solution to this? Should we stop using internet and shuffle back to the past times? Obviously not. It will spontaneously slow down our lives but we can bring back those past habits. Just as exercising daily will save every drop of endomorphine in our body and will work as the fulcrum of our wellbeing. Our happy hormones and other chemicals in the body will surge to a greater performance and endurance. So, dear buddies, next time don’t miss out your date with exercise and yoga.
2. Sleep Mechanism:
How come a device can work to its utmost proficiency without being charged up or being switched off. Yes it won’t. Then how humans who go through the same pattern, dare to miss out their rebooting sessions? Considering many thesis, this world is a simulation, and if we go on agreeing to that theory, our body is a robotic element with reproducing mechanisms. To compel this body for top notch performance, we need to nurture the remote; the mind.
Comparing the old and new theories of the doctors, it isn’t necessary to go for an 8 hours disturbing sleep rather a 6 hrs sound sleep can maximise our working efficiency.
After a tiring day, the melatonin flows through the body disposing us to sleep and forcefully if we try to suppress that, it may result in the imbalance of circadian rhythm.
So, from today go and get a good mattress which can do both, provide good sleep and soothing dreams.
3. Diet Planning:
‘Prioritising work over health’ is the new trend of foolish people, which they carry to the end of their lives, but unfortunately they miss out the joy. In order to get disposed to work, they need the aid of energy. In this time, with the close company of gadgets, people have embraced laziness and accepted the spoon feeding norms which motivated them to divert their line towards ready made foods from traditional home cooked food.
But unknown to us, this inappreciable food habits have caused havoc in our body by creating the shortage of protein, carbs and vitamins resulting in the short life span and early diseases. Even teenagers were found to be the prey of dreadful diseases like diabetes and kidney stone. And surely we have forgotten the taste of homemade food from our tastebuds.
So, it's high time to pick up the grocery bags and get some veggies and heatup the pan to again get the taste of home made foods and pour nutrition to the poor body.
4. Mental Serenity:
“A Calm and modest mind brings more successful thoughts than a mind with pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness”
Not simply Einstein vocalised these words but it’s the foundation on which a complete building of our performance is built on. The goal of this restless run is to ease our lives, provide solace to mind and enjoy what we wished for but as soon as we are brought to this bull race, we forget the terms like rest and rejuvenate which ultimately cause tensity and stress to our mind.
Rushing everywhere when each of your neuron is aching out of pain and asking respite, actually shows how you are imprisoned to money and desires.
Its not funny how we miss out those terms like rest, serenity, peace which ultimately cause serious health hazards and leads to further complications. So give rest to those pity nerve cells because you are not a robot of metals and wires.
5. Maintaining the Biological Clock:
“I am gonna file a case against the sun, it’s 1 hour late and the moon give its glimpse at 12:00 at the night, this is not how they were supposed to behave.”
Jokes apart, we have grown up listening that time and nature are the best teachers and now we are experiencing that, not a single day the sun is late, the moon visits us on time, even the leaves of the trees wait for the fall season. The markings on the clock, wait for the hands to touch them, this is how nature teaches us punctuality. Then why do we behave like dumb. The main reason of our debasing health is our arrogance, ignorance and negligence. We are so much into our wantings that, this rattrap world never hesitate to ask for our last drop of blood to fulfil it, and then we start tampering with the biological clock. The main reason why our ancestors lived for so long was their disciplined life.
Idling during work time and working in the resting time has become the favourite hobby of our generation due to which we visit bed late and wake up late and our routine gets messed up.
So try to maintain it and mark the differences.
